A word from Kate

So Summer is here and it's been hot! It can still be a struggle to keep healthy at this time of year with all the celebrations. Remember plenty of vitamins C and D as well as zinc for boosted immunity. You could also try using some milk thistle to help your liver to cope with the added demand for detoxification.

Training in these conditions we have to remember to wear appropriate footwear and wind protection as well as sunscreen and a hat. Remember to keep hydrated with water and electrolytes.

Its also important to note as we come into  the beginning of 2018 to reflect over and hold onto those New Years resolutions, and push through to those goals we are aspiring to. Keep your eyes on the prize and you can have whatever you set your mind to. Failure is just a mind set.
